Bic Soleil Savvy

I've never really been the type of girl to buy a non disposable razor. I went straight from using razors of my dads, to using razors of my husbands, haha! I think once or twice I've purchased a pack of those cheap pink razors that leave you with razor burn, but mostly, I used mens razors. Until now. I received the Bic Soliel Savvy razor for free as part of a Buzz Campaign. The first thing that caught my eye: It's bright pink. Score! The next thing that I was really excited about was that it came with two cartridge refills of blades. What? replacing the blade? Crazy.
The head of this razor is also on a pivot, so if you're a girl like me who's been used to using disposables, you know those suckers are all one piece, they don't have any moving parts. What does that mean, typically? Hairy spots on your knees. It's extremely hard to remove all of the hair on a curvy part of your leg when the head doesn't pivot. So, since using this razor I've definitely noticed that my knees have looked much better and are much easier to shave.
Overall, I have really enjoyed using this razor, and it is something that I will continue to use. The pink color also means that my husband isn't going to snatch it to use at the gym, which means that I will actually be able to KEEP this razor. I did price blade refills, and I think that they are very reasonable, actually comparable to the disposable razors that I usually use when they're on sale. I also noticed that the refills for this razor were in every store that I usually shop in, so it should be no problem to find them when I'm ready to purchase more.

Frizz Ease Sheer Solution Lightweight Frizz Control

My newest Buzzagent campaign is for Frizz Ease Sheer Solution Lightweight Frizz Control Serum by John Freida. It's been several years since I've tried a John Freida product, so I was definitely excited to get my hands on this!
This product is marketed towards fine/thin to medium hair, which definitely describes my hair. It comes in a purple tube that is separated, with the two serums inside. You shake it like crazy to activate it, and the bottle turns almost a neon purple. It only takes 10 drops for your whole head.
I apply this starting at my ends, and I actually work all the way to the roots. Typically I would not use a serum on my roots, because I find they've made me look greasy and weighed my hair down, but that is not the case with this serum. It is lightweight, exactly as promised! It also smells very nice, clean but not overpowering.
I priced this serum at Target because I definitely think I'm going to repurchase when I run out, and at $7.99, I believe it's worth it! It does a great job of keeping the crazy baby hairs that plague my part at bay, and keeps the frizzies from popping out even in the heat and humidity. Bonus points for the fact I can use it even when I curl my hair and it makes it very shiny and smooth!
Overall, I really enjoyed this product. It is one I would definitely spend my own money on.

Smarterer

Recently I was in invited to participate in the BzzAgent campaign for Smarterer. I was skeptical at first, because who needs another social network? Not me. But smarterer is different. It's a website where you take quizzes based on your knowledge of other social networks, computer programs, companies, etc. You get your score and then are placed on a leaderboard. You can share you score with your friends, and then will try to bump you from the leader board by beating your score on the same quiz.
You can earn badges and awards by scoring well on the quizzes, and you can share your awards with your social networks and build your professional resume online. Some of the quizzes are based on things you would use for work, so it's important to score well!
So, really, it's a game. You're also learning more about the programs as you go, because the questions can get quite detailed. It was only a short time before I was bumped from the master spot on the Facebook leaderboard :)
Are you Smarterer?
