Hills Science Diet Ideal Balance Review

As part of my most recent Buzz Agent campaign, I was sent a bag of Hills Science Diet Ideal Balance Dog food for my dog to test out for free.
I have a 9 year old Shih Tzu, Su-Lee, who is known to be a very picky eater. When I first poured the Hills Science Diet Ideal Balance into her bowl she gave me a look, like "What do you think you're doing?!?!" But it only took a few minutes for her to try it out. She really enjoys this dog food. Her feeding time has become like Treat time, she gets excited to get her food and can't wait to chow down.
The fact that this food is all natural makes me happy too. I know that my elderly dog is getting the nutrients that she needs, and the pieces are nice and small and not too hard for her few teeth to chew. It's also corn free, which any dog owner knows is the best, because most dogs have allergies related to corn (mine included!).
Most dog owners also know that a sudden switch up in food usually causes some gastrointestinal problems in a our little friends, however Su-Lee handled the switch just fine, with no problems or runny stools to speak of! I contribute that to the balanced ingredients that are in this food, it's just what her body needed.
Overall, I give this dog food 5 stars. I think it's well worth the $14.99 price tag, and since Su-Lee seems to enjoy it so much, I will definitely repurchase this food for her!

Getting Started

Recently I signed up to be a Buzz Agent. If you haven't heard of it, it's a program that sends you things to try, and then you create "buzz" about the products. It's all very honest though, I have to tell everyone that I was given the products for free and that I'm a buzz agent (that's what's in it for me-free stuff!)

I joined the site in October, and I was given my first campaign about one month later.

So this blog will be my reviews of the products that I am sent to try out! If you want to join this program yourself, check out http://www.bzzagent.com
